Our goal in collecting information is to support your AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) journey. We ask for certain information such as your name, age of the primary AAC user, your title (parent, speech-language pathologist, AAC user, other), e-mail address, state/province and country when you register with Speak for Yourself.
We may also retain any messages you send through the website, and may collect information you provide. We use this information to operate, maintain, and provide to you the features, services, and functionality of the the Speak for Yourself AAC app. None of this information is published publicly, unless you give explicit permission to do so. Your information is not shared with any third parties.
We use the information we collect or receive, such as your email address, to communicate directly with you. We may send you emails containing newsletters, webinar and training information, AAC support content, and special offers. If you do not want to receive such email messages, you will be given the option to opt out.
